CMSM
Here you will find further information regarding our unique controller CMSM. Carbon Management Switch Module (CMSM) is a patented eco friendly controller specially designed to help save energy and thus reduce carbon emissions. With climate change and reducing our carbon output being very hot topics at the moment CMSM is a perfect tool to help save energy and tackle climate change. CMSM has been in the market place for a number of years and has been redesigned and re-engineered to make it more flexible for todays requirements.
There are three popular variations of the CMSM unit which incorporate various types of sensors:
Variant one (Ventmiser): This incorporates current and temperature sensors and is predominantly used to control whole house ventilation.
Variant two (Cookermiser): This variant incorporates a current sensor and is generally used to control kitchen extract fans.
Variant three (Showermiser): This variant incorporates a temperature sensor and is generally used to control bathroom extract fans.
CMSM has many benefits. Originally designed to help reduce false fire alarms it is now also being used to control whole house ventilation which is now becoming more of a necessity due to the increased air tightness required by the new building regulations.
The picture below shows CMSM in its most popular configuration using both temperature and currents sensors. (Ventmiser).
