Ventmiser CMSM wins Air Movement Product of the Year at the H&V Awards 2008!!!
We are extremely proud to announce that our product Ventmiser CMSM has been awarded H&V Air Movement Product of theYear 2008. The award was presented to Managing Director Phil West SNR at the awards on the 1st May 2008 which were held at Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane. After being nominated in two catagories and up against stiff competition it was with great pleasure that Phil collected his award from comedian Rob Brydon.
The Ventmiser CMSM is an “important development” providing automatic ventilation control in kitchens and bathrooms by sensing the electrical consumption of a wide range of domestic appliances. The judges felt that as it requires no user intervention, it is a potentially vital development to improve internal air quality, reduce health hazards and minimise fabric deterioration from condensation while also reducing energy consumption. It is protected by two full patents: one covers the principle of using a current sensor to control a fan by sensing the current of a cooker or hob; the second regards the use of multiple sensors into one controller.
The Ventmiser minimises energy consumption through effective control of extract ventilation while also ensuring ideal internal living conditions, which is an excellent combination of benefits according to the judges.
